Santa's village has fireworks for New Year. From 26 December to 1 January, the sky over the North Pole lights up with fireworks, and you can watch them on the live map. The fireworks fly over the whole village, so there is plenty to see.
New Year mode starts on 26 December. Between then and 1 January, the village is in a party mood, and the map shows it. Look for the "Happening right now" lines and the timetable to see what the village is doing at each hour.
Christmas is over by then, and Santa has had his big night. The village is still busy with the presents and the elves, and everyone comes out to see the fireworks. Santa's timetable carries on, with breakfast at six and bed at ten, so the party fits around it.
